1 General Provisions

The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning in the above example, bets of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be placed before the bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games and betting markets.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is active, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash or balance until the wagering requirement has been met.

6 Gaming and Betting Rules

8.3 User's Own Responsibility

Accessing your account and using the service is at your own risk. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own network connection and devices.

9 Account Suspension or Closure

9.1 Closure by wen bat

wen bat reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• If the account is at a security risk.

9.2 Closure at User's Request

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Pending withdrawals will be processed before the request is completed, however any bonus balance will be cancelled.
